| The Children's Project acts as a catalyst, bringing research findings down to street level and the attention of both the public and health professionals in a form that can be easily understood. We use a 'fly on the wall' approach to offer an insight into child development from the child's perspective, which enables the reader to relate to real everyday situations and problems through a shared experience. We make no assumptions and question everything, using a combination of research data, and listening to those we aim to support in order to create good material for which there is a genuine need. The Children's Project is about continual observation and research & development. We work around the fundamental principle stated in The Children's Project's logo: STARTING FROM DAY ONE TO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. |
